Ingredients
1 lb ground beef π
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets) π₯¦

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam cauliflower until just tender (about 5–7 minutes).
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautΓ© onion and garlic. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cauliflower, sour cream, half the cheddar, and Parmesan.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
