✨ Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 150g each) π
3 tbsp honey π―
2 tbsp soy sauce π₯’
1 tbsp olive oil π«
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
Juice of 1 lemon π
Fresh parsley or dill for garnish πΏ
Salt π§ & black pepper ⚫

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) π₯
In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice π₯£
Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper π
