4 cups mixed fresh greens (spinach, romaine, arugula) π₯¬
1 cucumber, diced π₯

½ cup cherry tomatoes π
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced π§
½ cup plain Greek yogurt π₯
2 tbsp olive oil π«
Juice of 1 lemon π
1 garlic clove, minced π§
Salt & pepper to taste π§

Wash and chop greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
In a blender, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. Blend until smooth.
Toss salad greens with cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
