Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into bottom of springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Pour filling over crust.
Bake for 55–60 minutes until center is set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
